Moran and Myffwyn Weekly Schedule

This is the breakdown of both Moran and Myffwyn's plans into a Daily rhythm: Perhaps this will only be for Term 1 or it may continue, we will see!


Daily Rhythms: this will be a  feature of the day and can be come the way for smaller children to remember days and what we do.
SUNDAY- Family Day - white
MONDAY- Liturgical Year - purple
TUESDAY- Painting/ Drawing/ modelling - Pink/Red
WEDNESDAY- Seasonal/ Nature - Yellow
THURSDAY- Baking - Orange
FRIDAY- Messy Crafts - Green
SATURDAY- Housekeeping - Blue

After Morning Routine and Breakfast and chores~
* Nature Walk or outdoor activity
* Bible Reading, memory verse and virtue book
* Circle Time: singing, rhymes and memorising poem
* Learn to Read: Pondered in my heart, Sight Words, 100 Lessons, Flash Cards and Peter and Jane
* Maths or Music (Maths 3x week Music 2x week)
* Read Aloud- currently The Story Begins: Listen, narrate orally and pictorially: Colouring would be available as well as the copywork below . Also small play items can be used at this time- bees wax, the families, small pile of INDIVIDUAL lego, blocks, puzzles etc
* Copywork: short Bible verse or other, while listening to  Read aloud.
* Spelling
LUNCH
* Read Aloud - Bush Boys free read = no activity required (if like hand work can be used)
*Art or Handcraft
* The assigned Day activity eg. Monday Liturgical Year work: CGS or Feast Day activity
* Quiet Time
* Free time
* Dinner and tidy up/chores preparations

* Night Time Routine

Monday/ Wednesday/ Friday- (Liturgical year on Mon, Art/ Painting on Wed,  Messy Craft on Fri)  Nature Walk, Bible, virtue, poetry, Circle Time, LR, Maths,  Read Aloud, copywork, spelling, Read aloud, Art, Daily activity, Quiet Time, Free time, Dinner and clean up prep

Tuesday/ Thursday - (Baking on Tues, Seasonal/Nature on Thurs) Nature Walk, Bible, virtue, poetry, Circle Time, LR, Music Appreciation,  Read Aloud, copywork, spelling, Read aloud, Handcraft, Daily activity, Quiet Time, Free time, Dinner and clean up prep
